Mentorship and coaching for non-profit leaders, program administrators, and classroom teachers
Individual or small-group sessions driven by your needs and goals utilizing model coaching practices. Common areas of focus include interculturally competent leadership for adults and/or students, strategic program/organizational growth, curriculum development, international partnership cultivation, and program- and risk-management systems and protocols. Can be offered in-person and/or virtually and include feedback on materials and on-call support.
Workshops on administration and leadership of off-campus programs and intercultural dialogue in classroom and management contexts
Interactive, engaging sessions that utilize model practices in teaching and coaching to advance your unique goals–whether focused on developing shared understanding and awareness around leadership of off-campus travel programs or embedding intercultural dialogue as a practice in a classroom, co-curricular program, or community. Sessions can take place virtually or in-person and as one-time or sequenced events, and relevant resources and materials are included.
Creation and facilitated development of classroom and experiential curricula, student leadership programming, partnerships, policies and procedures, mission and vision statements, and strategic plans
Depending on your needs, key content and materials can be developed and then provided for your input and feedback, and/or development sessions can be facilitated to empower an individual or team to generate content and materials themselves, including providing models and feedback throughout the process. Work can occur synchronously and/or asynchronously and in person and/or virtually.
Speaking engagements for students and adults in school and non-profit environments
In-person and virtual sessions on a variety of topics, including–but not limited to–the imperative of global competence in today’s world, student leadership, culturally competent leadership and collaboration, strategic mindset, program- and risk-management, the power and purpose of dialogue, and intercultural competence in the workplace. If relevant and available, related resources can be made available for distribution or purchase.
